Dear Councillor.
Notice is hereby given that a Parish Council meeting will be held at Upton/Kexby Village Hall on Tuesday 1 September 2020 commencing at 7pm your attendance at such meeting is hereby requested to transact the following business.
There will be a 15 minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.
AGENDA
1. Apologies:
To receive and accept any apologies received by the Clerk.
2. Minutes of the last meeting:
- Notes of the last meeting held on the 16th March 2020 to be approved as the minutes.
- To sign the minutes from the meeting held 20th June 2020 Re- Governance and Audit.
3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members Register of Interests.
4. To receive reports from Cllr. J Milne.
5. Report from Clerk/Chair: To include:-
- Correspondence received including previously circulated emails.
- Community Broadband Scheme progress
- Councillors training day
- New website
- Community Volunteer Scheme during lockdown
6. Financial Issues:
a) To approve Clerks salary and expenses for payment for period July/Aug 2020.
b) Authorisation of payments and receipts made since 2nd July 2020.
c) To consider any grants applied for.
