           Notes of the last meeting held on the 8th March 2022 to be approved as the minutes.

  1. To authorise clerks' expenses and salary for period March/April 2022.
  2. To authorise payments and receipts made since the last meeting held 8th March 2022.
  3. To approve  the Parish Council Annual Internal Audit Report
  4. To sign declaration of exemption for 2021/2022.
  5. To approve the Annual Return and Annual Governance Statement for financial year 2021/2022.  
  6. To appoint an Internal Auditor for the year 2022/2023.
  7. To discuss asset register and any maintenance required, and to agree a figure for Insurance for 2022/2023.
  8. To receive latest Insurance quote for 2022/2023.
  9. To consider any grants applied for.
  10. Payments for authorisation/cheque.     Insurance Zurich.   Grants applied for.
  1. GDPR compliance update.
  2. Standing Orders. To review and accept.
  3. Report from Clerk/Chair: To include correspondence received including previously circulated emails.
