I am writing to inform you of a planning application that has been submitted to West Lindsey Planning Department on the 15th December 2020.
Planning Application 138896, which was granted outline planning permission for up to 5 dwellings on the land to the east of Church Road.
This piece of land has been sold and the new owners have applied for the removal of condition 9.
Planning application number 142078.
Condition 9 is:
No more than five dwellings shall be erected on the site. The five dwellings and their garages combined shall create no more than 1,000 square metres of gross internal floor space on the sit
Reason: To restrict the development from exceeding the 1,000 square meter trigger point to accord with the National Planning Framework and local policy LP11 of the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan. 2012-2036
This application was approved with 16 conditions, the applicant states in his planning statement that he intends to deal with the other conditions at a later date.
If this condition is removed there could be 11 or more houses built on this plot.
Upton Parish Council will not be supporting this application and will be submitting a letter of objection.
