  1. To elect a chairman for the ensuing year.
  2. To receive Declaration of Acceptance of office of Chairman of Upton Parish Council.
  3. To elect a Vice Chairman for the ensuing year.
  4. To receive Declaration of Acceptance of Office of Vice Chairman of Upton Parish Council.
  5. To receive and accept apologies by the Clerk.
  6. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2022 – being pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members Register of Interests.
  7. Minutes of the last meeting.     Notes of the last meeting held on the 9th March 2021 to be approved as the minutes         
  8. To receive any reports from Ward or District Councillor.
  9. Matters arising from meeting held on the 9th March 2021
  10. Financial Issues to include:
  • To authorise clerks' expenses and salary for period March/April 2021.
  • To authorise payments and receipts made since the last meeting held 9th March 2021.
  • To agree final accounts for 2020/2021.
  • To sign declaration of exemption for 2020/2021.
  • To approve the Annual Return and Annual Governance Statement for financial year 2020/2021.  
  • Authorisation of payments and receipts made since 9th March 2021.
  • To appoint an Internal Auditor for the year 2021/2022.
  • To discuss asset register and any maintenance required, and to agree a figure for Insurance for 2021/2022.
  • To receive latest Insurance quote for 2021/2022.
  • To consider any grants applied for.
  • Payments for authorisation/cheque.     Insurance Zurich.   Grants applied for.
  • To authorise payments and receipts made since the last meeting held 9th March 2021.

        11.GDPR compliance update.

       12. Standing Orders. To review and accept.

       13.Risk Management. To review and accept.

       14.Report from Clerk/Chair: To include correspondence received including previously circulated emails.

           Traveller site update.

            Footpath 50 update.

           Highways issues including potholes on Church Road, trees on High St. Re-surfacing Padmoor Lane.

          Parish allotment.
