Notice is hereby given that a Parish Council meeting will be held on Tuesday 14th September 2021 commencing at 7.0 pm. To be held at the Methodist Schoolroom Upton. Your attendance at such meeting is hereby requested to transact the following business.

There will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

 

       1.     Apologies:  

               To receive and accept any apologies received by the Clerk.

 

       2.     Minutes of the last meeting:

                Notes of the last meeting held on the 20th July 2021 to be approved as the minutes.

       3.     To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary   interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members Register of Interests.

       4.     Report from Clerk/Chair:  To include: -

              Correspondence received including previously circulated emails.

                    Traveller site update.

                   Overgrown hedge on Church Road.

                   Resignation of Cllr. A Fotheringham.

                   Fibre broadband update.

                   Footpath 52 final solution from Chris Marsh.

       5.     Queens Jubilee Celebrations:

              To discuss any plans.

       6.     Finance:

               a)   To approve Clerk's salary and expenses for payment for period July/August 2021

               b)   Authorisation of payments and receipts made since 20th July 2021.

      7.      Planning applications for consideration:

                143497. Extension. Lodge Lane. No objections.

      8.      To receive planning application decisions:

                143151. 7 High St. Garage & workshop. Granted.

     9.       Crime report:

                June/July

                Offender(s) forced rear door of work van and took a number of tools.
