This meeting was called to authorise and sign the Annual Accounting Statement, Certificate of Exemption, and Annual Governance Statement.

CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION
• The figures were checked by all Councillors present. The RFO Liz Holman and Chairman D Spittlehouse signed and dated the certification.
020/18. ANNUAL GOVERNANCE STATEMENT
• This was read out by RFO. All Councillors agreed of compliance. It was then signed, dated and minute referenced by Liz Holman and Chairman D Spittlehouse.
021/18. ACCOUNTING STATEMENT
• The Accounting statement figures were checked and approved by all Councillors present. The RFO Liz Holman and Chairman D Spittlehouse signed, dated and minute referenced the document.
022/18. CHEQUES FOR SIGNING
• Cheques for Village Hall, Playing Field, E Harrison( Internal Audit), Community Lincs. and J Alsop were signed.
